The time has come for you to leave your mark here at school. What better way to do it than in the yearbook. In this post you will find the PDF form to fill out and return by January 3rd. You will also need to have your parents sign the bottom of the printout to approve what you have written.
To navigate through the PDF form you can use the TAB key on your keyboard to switch between fields (fields=different categories such as, favorites, ambitions, etc).
PLEASE NOTE:
AT THE TOP OF THE FORM THERE IS A SECTION FOR YOUR NAME PLEASE ENTER IT AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT IN THE YEARBOOK (I.E., FIRST, MIDDLE AND LAST INSTEAD OF FIRST AND LAST NAME).
UNDERNEATH THAT SECTION YOU WILL FIND A PLACE FOR YOUR NICKNAME.
TO FIND THESE FIELDS YOU CAN DO TWO THINGS:
YOU CAN USE THE OPTION IN THE ADOBE ACROBAT READER TO HIGHLIGHT ALL INTERACTIVE FIELDS (PROBABLY THE EASIEST WAY TO GO) OR YOU CAN TAB THROUGH THE FIELDS UNTIL YOU SEE THE BLINKING CURSOR INDICATING THAT YOU CAN TYPE IN THAT FIELD.
